Court orders KAZAA owners to block pirated content

A federal court ruled Monday that the popular file-swapping program Kazaa infringes on copyright and gave its purveyors two months to alter the system so its users can no longer engage in music piracy.

This is just another example of a court getting their hands in something they don't understand. Yes, 99% of Kazaa users (I'm sure) use it for illegal means. However I just don't understand how technically it would be possible to stop this. Yet they have to come up with a way don't they. While they do, their users will just be migrating to the next Peer-to-peer client or BitTorrent or whatever the next greatest thing is that comes out. The RIAA will never be able to stop it, although they can subside it by lowering their prices. Their greed is going to do them in.
