Spring Break 2006
Another Spring Break has come and gone. This year I went back home and helped my Dad do some work. My Brother went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I guess he had fun. Interestingly enough, March 21st is the first day of Spring, and it snowed where I was. First time it snowed all Winter there. Once again, Crazy New Mexico.

Well, that's about it. I'm working on getting Smarty up on the site, and adding things like Breadcrumbs to help with navigation. Also, I will be totally revamping the mylinks and program pages.

Captcha and Search
In my continuing effort to thwart spammers I have added (and I hate to do this) a captcha to the guestbook.

If I ever find a good filtering program for PHP (like something based on the Bayesian Algorithm) I will remove it. (Please help me with my quest.)

In other news, I have replaced Google with Atomz as the site search. Hopefully Google will get their act together and properly index my site. However, Atomz does offer the advantage that it integrates nicely into my site. The bad thing about it is that they serve their own advertisements, and that it is hard to maintain the template, as I have to edit it from the rest of the site.

B-Day 2
Well, the weekend of March 3rd was eventful. Friday night, my friend Josh, my brother, and I went bowling. I sucked, they didn't. Then Saturday we went to eat at the State Line restaurant in El Paso. I've never been there, but other people have told me that they have good food. It is kind of neat because it literally is on the state line that separates New Mexico from Texas. After that we went to the Comic Strip. They had a pretty good comic there that traveled around with Jeff Foxworthy, and Larry the Cable Guy.

Note: I had originally written this post much sooner. But Google delayed me. Suffice it to say, it isn't searching my site properly, so I am going to have to replace the site search on the left from Google to Atomz.

Jumping Frenchman of Maine Disorder

Perhaps the most bizzare disorder I've ever come across; those afflicted will, when surprised, overreact to the surprise and obey any order given to them!
